Typescripts of one-act plays written by Robert McLellan for Arran drama festivals in the 1940's., 1940-1949.
The contents are as follows. (i) Two typescripts of ‘The Cailleach’ (folio l). The play was published by A and J Donaldson in ‘Seagull plays, second collection’ (Glasgow, 1946), pages 3-16. (ii) Carbon copies of two typescripts of 'The Smuggler' (folio 42). The first has a few manuscripts corrections. The play was published in ‘Chapman’ xliii-xliv (1986), pages 20-33.

The typescripts, which include revision by both Panels, are signed by Herbert Grierson, and there are manuscript corrections in his hand.

The contents are as follows. (i) 'A Saint in Armour: a play in four scenes', ?1954 (folio 1); (ii) “The Maid of Domrémy”, undated (folio 123). This is the first scene only of (i), with a few alterations, and may be the text of the play televised on 4 February 1954.
