The notes are dated day by day, and form a commentary on Aristotle's ‘Posterior analytics’ (page 1), ‘Ethics’ (page 266), and ‘Physics’ (page 415). One of the front leaves (folio 3) contains a class list, and there are scraps of legal phraseology on the fly-leaves.
