Scope and Contents

A decreet had already been given in Thomas Broun`s favour against John Couper, tailor, in 1582, with regard to structural alterations made by Couper to a land in Dickson`s Close. The present decreet transfers the obligation imposed on Couper to Alexander Ousteane, the new proprietor of the land.

Dates: 1590.
