Also present is a small exercise book containing photographs of the construction and rigging of the schooner; loose press cuttings; a small number of letters; promotional ephemera relating to the schooner and its adventure courses; unused postcards; ephemera related to the SNV Shabab Oman schooner; and a small number of Hinde's own papers and notes. Loose press cuttings also include a reproduced commemorative newspaper (original would have dated from May 1913), marking the life of adventurer Captain Scott (1868-1912).
