Impensis Walteri Macfarlane De Eodem MDCCLVIII`, and written by Macfarlane`s later copyist.The transcripts from which Macfarlane had copies made were amongst the papers of Richard Augustine Hay (Adv.MSS.35.4.16-35.4.17) which passed to him after Hay`s death.
