Bestseller lists printed in newspapers other serial publications featuring the novels of Ian Rankin., 2004-2017.
The Bestseller Lists are determined by various authorities and printed in various periodicals. They include Scottish, national, and international rankings, and categories including fiction, hardcover, crime fiction, and others. Items include individual press cuttings, press cuttings provided by Durrants Press Cuttings, and photocopies of press cuttings. They are arranged chronologically, and thereafter alphabetically by publication/publisher.
Bibliographies and offprint distribution lists relating to the published papers of William Ronald Dodds Fairbairn; with press cuttings, some relating to Fairbairn’s papers, others to psychoanalysis generally., 1929-1958.

The notes are followed by extracts from the Balcarres Papers and notes on the Court of Session, undated; with an index and a note on the papers by John Philp Wood's daughter, Marion Wood, who arranged them, 1877 (folio 29).
A list of Advocates (folio 1) and an account of the Duke of Hamilton's duel with Lord Mohun (folio 25), found loose in the volume, have been pasted in.
'Bohun Psalter' made in England in the late 14th-century for Eleanor de Bohun, Duchess of Gloucester.

From the dates that occur on pages 245 and 421 and intermediate pages, the greater part of the book seems to have been written between 1696 and 1701, but some additions must have been made at least as late as 1702 (see date on page 257).

The letter books contain press-copies of letters similar to those in MSS.789-792. There are two letters of illegible date at the end.

Book of sederunt of the administrators of the charitable Contributions for the relief of the indigent Episcopal clergy and their widows.
The volume contains minutes of meetings, which were held at the Exchange Coffee House, Edinburgh, and the decisions of the administrators about requests for assistance, and lists (in three categories) the names of those to be assisted. The entries as far as 17 March 1758 (folio 16) are in the hand of William Gordon, bookseller, Edinburgh, who appears to have presented the volume to the Charity (folio 1).
'Book of Standing Orders for the 1st Regt. of Foot Guards', 1750., 1750-1753.
Also included is an additional order of 1753 (folio 35). Besides purely military matters, the orders relate to conduct outside barracks, gaming, drinking, etc. General orders for all three Regiments of Foot Guards, 1751, are given at folio 13. At the end is a list of officers dated 1751 (folio iv).
