Personal and legal papers of and concerning the Lairds of Inchbraikie, chiefly adjudications and decreets, 1675-1718, concerning the wadset of the lands of Beldhill., 1555-1796.
The papers also consist of instructions of Perthshire Committee of War, 1639, (folio 8), and commission to Patrick, younger of Inchbraikie, to act as Colonel for the shire of Perth, 1651 (folio 10).

This copy was used by George Fraser, Auditor of Excise, who had charge of the payment of the prisoners in Scotland.
