From the beginning to page 314 of this volume corresponding with the Pitmedden manuscript (Adv.MS.24.1.4(iii)), and from the beginning to page 272 of the third series of paging. After which the collection continues down to 1591.

Imperfect at the beginning.

The intermediate volumes containing Fountainhall’s ‘Note of Decisions till the Revolution 1688’ in a small octavo manuscript’, and his ‘Remarks in three quarto paper books from 1st November 1689 to the 1st November 1692’, are not known to be extant.
