Custodial History
The recordings were donated by Jan Read, the son of Professor John Read (UNLS036), to the University of St Andrews Special Collections.
The tapes were temporarily deposited in the National Library of Scotland to enable digitisation under the Unlocking Our Sound Heritage (UOSH) project.
