Oral history recordings made by Franki Raffles as part of her project "Lot's Wife".
Scope and Contents
The recordings were captured between 1992 and 1994. The interviews focus on immigrant Jewish women from the former Soviet Union who resettled in Israel.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
The original recordings were captured on compact cassettes. The 10 masters (10xC90 cassettes) were digitised under the UOSH (Unlocking Our Sound Heritage) project. The formats of the digitised copies are JPEG and WAV files.

The tapes were temporarily deposited in the National Library of Scotland to enable digitisation under the Unlocking Our Sound Heritage (UOSH) project.
