A manuscript probably written in eastern France in ca. 1490. It is possibly linked to, or copied from, a contemporary printed edition of Gorris's work. This address is dated 1486.

The text begins on folio 2r, headed: "Scotus pauperum in quo doctorum et Scoti opiniones in quatuaor libris se[n]te[n]tiaru[m] co[n]te[n]te dilucidantur Tholose editus per eximium artiu[m...] et sacre theologie professore[m] Guillermu[m] Gorris Aragone[n]se[m] ad pauperu[m] vitlitate[m] felicit[er] incipit."

Written in a cursive hand, with initials in several different colours, red running headers marking the book headings, and underlinings and strokings in red. On folio 95r is a coloured drawing of the Virgin and Child.
