Bibliography
The work was first published by Walter Goodal in 1754, and reprinted for the Grampian Club in 1872, with a Memoir of the author by Reverend Charles Rogers. This copy corresponds with the first printed version of 1754, but does not include either the index or the `List of the Officers of State`.
