Related Materials

Camariota`s autograph manuscript is in Leiden University Library, Voss.gr.Q.36; it has lost its final gathering, which is now part of Paris Suppl.gr.1248 (see ‘Scriptorium’ ix, 246-262; x, 100-102); part of the missing section has been added in Voss.gr.Q.36 by a later hand. As this manuscript ends at the same point as Voss.gr.Q.36 now does, it was probably copied from it. The only other recorded manuscript of this work was also in Leiden in 1716, Voss.misc.41 (in ‘Catalogus librorurn … Bibliothecae publicae Universitatis Lugduno-Batavae’), but had disappeared by 1721, when Reimar edited the text. It is possible, though it cannot be proved, that this and Voss.misc.41 are the same manuscript.
