2. Representation 1709 of David Ross of Balnagowan, Sir Robert Monro of Foulis and other Justices of the Peace in Ross-shire following the attempted Jacobite invasion of 1708.
3. Precept of horning and poynding 1711 of William Carstairs, writer, Edinburgh, against John Spottiswoode of Spottiswoode, advocate.
4. Letter 1778 of Lieutenant John Carfrae reporting his appointment as Quartermaster, to James Walker, WS.
5. Circular letter 1799 of Colonel E Hewgill appointing Menzies Baillie barrackmaster at Leith Fort.
6. Letter 1801 of Alexander Murray, 7th Lord Elibank to James Walker WS.
