Custodial History
Inscribed on the recto of the front flyleaf by Thomas Ruddiman, Keeper of the Advocates' Library. The inscription, which is dated 24 September 1707, comments that the Curators of the Advocates' Library have allowed this copy, which was a duplicate, to be sold.
The bookplate of Sir Alexander MacDonald, Baronet (probably the 7th Baronet of Sleat) is pasted on the verso of the title page.
