Custodial History
According to a note dated 1896 at folio i, the manuscript was given to Margaret Oliphant's son 'Cecco' (Francis R Oliphant) and after his death to her niece Madge.
The manuscript was exhibited in the Historical Loan Exhibition at Grosvenor House, London, 1905.
Separated Materials
A printed form recording the exhibition of the manuscript in the Historical Loan Exhibition at Grosvenor House, London, 1905, which was formerly loosely enclosed is now at MS.23211, folio 158.
Physical Description
The manuscript is bound in black with 'Jerusalem M.O.W.O.' stamped on the upper board.
