Scope and Contents
MS.13330 contains material concerning electoral politics at Morpeth in 1777. MS.13330 and MS.13331, folios 1-43, are chiefly correspondence of Cornelius Elliot of Woollie, Writer to the Signet, and include many letters of the 1st Earl of Minto with Admiral John Elliot, and in MS.13331 there are letters of the 1st Earl concerning Fox's India Bill and the constitutional crisis of 1783-1784. In MSS.13336-13338 there are voters' rolls for Roxburghshire.
