(i) Letters and enclosures from John Coxe Hippisley to the 1st Earl of Minto, 1781-1783, chiefly concerning affairs in India (folio 1); (ii) Copies of correspondence, 1783, of Colonel William Fullarton with Hippisley, the Goverment of Madras and military commanders in India. This correspondence was sent by Hippisley to the 1st Earl in 1783 (folio 126).
