The manuscript is dated at the end in the 38th year of Shah'Ālam (circa 1790).
After the Introduction (page 5), the Sections, headed in red, are:

On, page 5 is a table of contents, which does not exactly correspond to these sections.

The manuscript is paginated in the hand of A Ramsay. A translation by Ramsay of the beginning of the section on Kashmir, found loose in the volume, has been pasted in at the end (folio 1).
