The manuscript is reproduced and its significance is discussed by the Reverend H Poole in ‘Ars Quatuor Coronatorum, being the Transactions of the Quatuor Coronati Lodge No. 2076’, volume i (1940), page 51, where it is described as 'the most important document which we possess among the material surviving for the student from the "ritual" point of view'.
