Scope and Contents
The letters from Rachel Armand Taylor, poet and journalist, are to both Patrick and Anna Geddes, 1907-1932. She signs herself 'Banabhard', and discusses her work and various personal matters such as Victor Branford's death in 1930. There is also a poem by her entitled 'For Marsani nan-Oran' (folio 118), written in 1931, as a memorial to Mrs Marjory Kennedy-Fraser. Letters from Sir Patrick Abercombie, 1913-1921, chiefly concern town-planning. Those of the geographer Herbert J Fleure, 1915-1932, undated, discuss the Geographical Association of which he was Honorary Secretary and Editor.
