The letters in this series are either of or concern the traveller and writer, George Henry Borrow. The majority of the letters are to the publisher of the works of Borrow, John Murray, and largely concern these publications. There is a volume in which some of the letters have been bound and then a folder of loose correspondence. There are also some miscellaneous items housed with the loose letters.
