Letters to John Murray, publishers, of (Thomas) Herbert Warren., 1900-1904.
Scope and Contents
The letters are to John Murray IV and to Hallam Murray. They concern various literary and publishing matters, but mainly the publication of Warren’s account of the life of Prince Christian Victor of Schleswig-Holstein, “Christian Victor (Prince of Schleswig-Holstein)” (1903). The letters show Warren’s close acquaintanceship with, and interest in, John Murray IV, his family and business.
