Scope and Contents
The letters are to John Murray IV and Hallam Murray. They concern mostly the preparation and publication of George Goschen’s biography of his grandfather, Georg Goschen: “The life and times of Georg Joachim Goschen, publisher and printer of Leipzig 1752-1828” (1903).
The letters are largely arranged chronologically, although an additional letter has been added to the end of the sequence.
