File contains original and copy letters of editorial staff members at John Murray publishers, to a variety of recipients, seeking permission to reproduce photographs and other material in a reprint of the named title, by Joe Boyd and Walter Whitelaw, with replies also included. Many letters also reference the return of images. File also includes copy invoices, certificates of posting, delivery notes, photograph schedules from image suppliers, and brief notes kept by editorial staff. Both titles appear in the 1989, 1990 and 1991 Science catalogues.
