(ii) Letters, 1876-1878, of Thomas Dickson, Sir William Gibson Craig and James Grant relating to the editing and publication of the second volume of the Register of the Privy Council of Scotland, together with some drafts of replies by Burton (folio 43);
(iii) Correspondence and drafts of letters, 1878, concerning Burton's resignation from the Department of Prisons and Judicial Statistics (folio 78).
