The first page of substantive manuscript notes bears the title 'For attempted film script, a [Dr.] Schmidt short story; also 'Hand Over It' story.' From page 7 onwards, subject matter concerns 'The Twelve Pictures', a novel by Edith Simon. File also includes loose pages of manuscript notes concerning 'The Twelve Pictures' (30 April-7 May ?1954).
