There is also a receipt from the Roundheads for a prisoner from the Castle, with a promise to exchange him for one of equal quality. The papers also refer to the Honorable Sir Charles Erskine`s attempts to borrow money, particularly from Lady Elizabeth Campbell, widow of Sir Duncan, 1st Baronet, of Glenorchy.
